By accessing and using PlasmaVyr's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PlasmaVyr provides lead generation and marketing services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered lead generation campaigns
• Multi-platform advertising management
• Lead qualification and verification
• Analytics and reporting services
• Customer relationship management integration

3. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis:

• Payment is due only for verified, qualified leads that respond to your campaigns
• Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead depending on the service package
• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Has provided accurate contact information
• Has responded to your marketing campaign
• Meets your specified demographic and behavioral criteria
• Has been verified through our quality assurance process

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and campaign requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data:

• All client data is encrypted and stored securely
• We do not share client information with third parties without consent
• Lead data is provided exclusively to the paying client
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend services for technical issues
• Update or modify our platform as needed

8. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaVyr's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or platform changes beyond our control
• Client's failure to convert leads into customers

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Refunds are available within 30 days of service commencement
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with justification
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• Partial refunds may be provided for unused services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners:

• PlasmaVyr retains rights to its platform, algorithms, and methodologies
• Clients retain rights to their business information and branding
• Lead data becomes the exclusive property of the paying client

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abilene, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
